GraphicTracer - Support

How to solve some installation issues.

Graphic Tracer can't be opened (Mac OS X)
If Gatekeeper is active on your Mac, you will get this message when you try to start Graphic Tracer. Click OK to close the window.
   

Right click (or Control + click) the app icon and select Open.

Even here it can take a really long time before Gatekeeper has scanned Graphic Tracer.
   

Click "Open" to allow Graphic Tracer to run on your Mac.

Even here it can take some time before the first dialog box appears.

In the future you can start Graphic Tracer the normal way, and it will not take a long time.
