Incorrect Serial number
The serial number that you must enter when installing your software is found when you log in to your account at www.graphicpowers.com.
There are two things to check for when you get this message.
The Serial number must be written exactly as it is in your Graphic Tracer user account. The safest way is to copy and paste the code.
Make sure that you don't accidentaly get a space at the end.
